How I reduced my PE with more than 80% without surgery. Mainly by wearing shoes that DO NOT alter the posture into an unnatural position, so called ZERO DROP SHOES. Chain Reaction that Destroys the Posture

course you can’t do that.

3. A chain reaction creates a weight balance and the bad posture is a fact and
the body starts to grow in to this position. If it is difficult for you to
reach your feet while sitting down with your legs straight forward on a floor
then you can say with certainty that the lift of the heel have shortened your
muscles in your legs by this S-shaping posture. With time and stretching it
will be fixed.
