Sitting Posture that Lifts Out the Sternum 2.0

I have already presented an idea about how to lift out the sternum while sitting down on this blog but now I have developed my thinking in this area and can now present a much more effective way to make the sternum lift out while just sitting down. What you will need is a quite ordinary bar-chair but it is important that it is constructed in a certain way, if not, it will not work.

1. It is important that the bar-chair has a round (circle) seat. If not, the legs can’t fall down in the right angle.

       2. It is also important that it is high enough otherwise the right angle for the legs will not be allowed.

What will happen while sitting down like the picture below illustrates is that a walking posture will be simulated, and as I have written here on my blog in earlier posts, that’s the only posture which is absolutely perfect (standing still isn’t). I think this new implementation to my anti-pe-strategy is so important that it can be the difference between failure and success. I have noticed the more I have fixed my pe, how negative it is to sit down, but not anymore with this “technique”. This is simply a must!
